Talent Acquisition Partner Corporate & Technical RecruitingStatus: Full-TimeLocation: Onsite West Omaha, NEHelp Build the Team Behind the World's #1 Laser Hair Removal CompanyWith more than 400 clinics nationwide and continued expansion, Milan Laser Hair Removal is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner Corporate & Technical Recruiting to support complex and high-impact hiring across our growing organization.This role will recruit across Milan's Omaha corporate headquarters and nationwide field organization, with an emphasis on professional, technical, specialized, and leadership searches.We're looking for a recruiter who can quickly understand unfamiliar business functions, translate complex hiring needs into effective search strategies, and independently manage searches from intake through offer acceptance. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders, build targeted talent pipelines, provide market intelligence, and help solve difficult recruiting challenges across the organization.This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who combines strong sourcing capability, sound talent judgment, business acumen, and disciplined execution.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, leadership, and other priority positions from intake through offer acceptance.Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and business leaders to understand business needs, technical requirements, success profiles, and candidate-market dynamics.Translate complex business requirements into targeted candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.Develop sourcing strategies for specialized, difficult-to-fill, and business-critical positions.Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.Conduct talent mapping and build targeted pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.Quickly develop working knowledge of new functions, technical disciplines, organizational structures, and candidate markets.Conduct structured interviews and translate candidate evidence into clear, well-supported hiring recommendations.Evaluate candidates beyond baseline qualifications, including career progression, scope, performance, technical depth, leadership capability, and long-term alignment.Advise hiring leaders on candidate availability, compensation expectations, market conditions, search strategy, and potential hiring risks.Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the search process to maintain alignment, urgency, and accountability.Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality, communication, and candidate experience.Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, market insights, and technology to improve search effectiveness and hiring outcomes.Collaborate across Milan's Talent Acquisition team as business priorities, hiring needs, and workforce demands evolve.What You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.Ability to work onsite in West Omaha, NE, five days per week.Demonstrated experience recruiting corporate, professional, technical, specialized, or leadership talent.Proven ability to independently manage complex searches from intake and market mapping through candidate selection and offer.Strong passive sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying talent beyond inbound applicant flow.Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders in a consultative capacity.Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar functions, technical requirements, organizational needs, and candidate profiles.Strong interviewing and talent-assessment skills with the ability to distinguish qualifications from demonstrated performance.Ability to provide credible market intelligence and recruiting recommendations to business leaders.Strong judgment, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage a varied requisition portfolio while balancing urgency, complexity, and candidate quality.Experience using an applicant tracking system; ClearCompany experience is a plus.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing platforms strongly preferred.Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment and using recruiting data to evaluate performance and adjust strategy.Self-directed, intellectually curious, adaptable, and motivated by solving difficult recruiting challenges.Why Join MilanHigh-impact recruiting.
