Enterprise Regional Sales Manager | DACH | DRP & TI Hubscale are partnered with a leader in Digital Risk Protection & Threat Intelligence, continuing their growth across EMEA. About the business: ~$140m ARR with continuous growth globally In DACH, they have established channel & partner ecosystem in place. Work with both Tier 1 and more regional/niche partners across Germany. Local SE team. Marketing/lead-gen function. Entity in Germany The role: This role is a hybrid of net new logo acquisition and expansion/renewals - you'd inherit a book of business (~€1.8m ARR), so this is an opportunity to earn from day 1. Territory/ICP: DACH + Eastern Europe (Germany is the focus) | ~1bn+ revenue | vertical agnostic (typically: automotive, banking + financial services, manufacturing, PS, etc) Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close (cold calling, events, outbound, as well as collaborating with channel, marketing). Developing and executing a strategic territory plan. Building relationships with C-level and senior security stakeholders Working closely with SEs, channel partners, and leadership teams 5+ years of enterprise/closing experience, in cybersecurity MEDDIC/MEDDPIC experience useful Experience operating in small teams - not reliant on a large brand or support network Energetic, good attitude, and someone looking to make a big impact and be a part of growing a region. Experience selling into large enterprise (and closing 6-figure+ deals) Willingness to travel to meet clients/prospects face-to-face New logo acquisition AND expansion/renewal experience Good CISO/Senior security leadership relationships This is a unique opportunity to join a business with strong backing and a team of experienced operators in DACH, yet the chance to own sales in this region, having a huge impact!
