Wir suchen für unser Verkaufs-Team in Süddeutschland einen erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter für medizinische Produkte im Bereich endovaskulär.

Sicherstellung eines konstanten Umsatzwachstums und Erreichung der Umsatzziele im zugewiesenen Gebiet durch die Ermittlung von Chancen, die Gewinnung neuer Geschäfte und die Pflege bestehender Geschäfte Erreichen der Verkaufs- und Rentabilitätsziele für das Gebiet. Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen und gezielte Kundenansprache; Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden Beobachtung von Markttrends und Aktivitäten der Wettbewerber im zugewiesenen Gebiet Erledigung und rechtzeitige Übermittlung von Verwaltungsaufgaben wie Kundenakten (CRM), rollierende Prognosen, monatlichen Berichten, Ausgaben usw. in Übereinstimmung mit den Geschäftsstandards von Bentley Verwaltung von Konsignations- und Auswahlbeständen und Demoanfragen Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Stakeholder, Großkunden und wichtigen KOL'S (Meinungsführern) im verantwortlichen Gebiet Professionelle Repräsentation des Unternehmens, welche dem Image des Unternehmens entspricht sowie Sicherstellung, dass die Aktivitäten den nationalen und internationalen rechtlichen und ethischen Standards entsprechenDEIN PROFIL
Du kannst mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Branchenerfahrung im (endo-)vaskulären Bereich der AI (Aortic Intervention) vorweisen und verfügst über ein umfassendes Verständnis der Vertriebsprozesse für Medizinprodukte. Zudem wohnst du zwingend im ausgeschriebenen Verkaufsgebiet. Du hast einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Bio- oder Lebenswissenschaften oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – beispielsweise durch eine medizinische Ausbildung mit Spezialisierung im endovaskulären Bereich – in Kombination mit der oben genannten mehrjährigen Vertriebserfahrung. Du hast eine nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz im Verkauf von Medizinprodukten / klinischen Produkten Du verfügst über ein etabliertes Netzwerk im (endo)-vaskulären Bereich in Deutschland Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Geschäftssinn Du bist vertriebsorientiert und weißt, wie man Leads effektiv in Verkäufe umwandelt Du hast Erfahrung mit dem Aufbau und der Verwaltung des Vertriebsnetzes und der Marketingaktivitäten Du weißt, wie du durch Feedbackgespräche mit Kunden zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Prozessen und Verfahren beitragen kannst Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch (Business Level), jede weitere Sprache ist von VorteilDAS BIETEN WIR
