Inside Sales Representative

Industry leading Manufacturers sales representative agency for Electrical/Lighting, Commercial/Industrial, seeking inside sales/customer service representative. This position is responsible for assisting outside team implementing manufacturer growth goals with order implementation, specification of focused product lines, and assisting new and existing channel partners and end-users. Electrical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inside sales focused on growing spec position, sales and market share.
• Responsibility for providing order entry, product recommendations, order follow-up and expediting.
• Achieving or exceeding sales budgets collectively by the company.
• Becoming knowledgeable in the products and systems represented in order to act as a resource for channel partners and end-users.
• Sales experience with Electrical Manufacturer’s rep, Electrical Distributor or contractor a plus
• Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing
• Must be detailed oriented and highly organized (and not afraid to ask questions)
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong data entry skills, use of multiple systems, CRM’s
• Timely and Reliable
• A desire to learn and grow within our Company.

Qualifications Include:

• Inside sales/customer service experience a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales and electrical based knowledge.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lighting application software as needed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
