Delaware Oaks Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) to join our close-knit team. Part of Buffalo's healthcare landscape for generations, Delaware Oaks is a warm, family-like 95-bed community that has been recently revitalized with significant investments in renovations and equipment. Our Nursing Supervisor will lead with heart in a facility where staff and residents truly know each other.

The Nursing Supervisor position is a leadership role for a Registered Nurse (RN) with prior nursing home experience — skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is required for this Nursing Supervisor opening.

Nursing Supervisor Duties

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations during the shift

• Serve as the clinical resource and point of escalation for nurses and aides

• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with care plans

• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Respond to and manage clinical emergencies

Nursing Supervisor Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year

• Location: Buffalo, NY 14209

Nursing Supervisor Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State

• Prior nursing supervisor or nursing leadership experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting — prior nursing home experience is required
