Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies that facilitate their recovery and functional enhancements.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to advance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nurses to provide holistic, patient-focused care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy processes to foster sustained progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Constantly monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans when necessary to ensure successful recovery pathways for patients.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications welcomed and encouraged

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
