Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.11 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access, support visitor management practices, and report security‑related concerns. Support daily operations by observing activity, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and following Allied Universal post orders and client‑directed protocols. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
