Aviation Inside Sales Representative

Aston Carter is seeking Inside Sales Reps with Aviation experience for an onsite role in Sunrise, FL. 50-55k base with strong commission structure.

Job Description

Join a dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Associate, where you will be instrumental in supporting customers, generating quotes, closing opportunities, and nurturing strong client relationships. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and sales leadership to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs in a growing aviation marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through phone and email outreach.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information and pricing.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Follow up on opportunities to close sales.
• Process orders and coordinate delivery requirements.
• Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support customer needs.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of inside sales experience in the aviation industry.
• Experience in generating quotes, following up on opportunities, and closing sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
• Experience supporting outside sales teams.
• Negotiation skills.
• Sourcing and competition analysis experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

Work in a professional office setting with a stable Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Engage in primarily phone, email, CRM, and computer-based sales activities. Collaborate closely with sales leadership, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and customers. This is a Permanent position based out of Sunrise, FL.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Sunrise,FL.
