Job Description:

Looking for a Full Stack Engineer, equally strong in Backend & Frontend. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, work independently, and confidently lead discussions with business stakeholders. They should be capable of understanding business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with React
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Experience with Python is a plus (not mandatory)
• The customer will also provide a license for Kiro. Should support across PST hours.
• We are looking at a good coder who is able to solve complicated problems, but on a local scale, and also should have technical excellence in the main stack, and remember their fundamentals.
• Experience online coding of interesting JS and Node.js problems, and not the more competency-based and systems design approach we have for the majority of the candidates.
• Additionally, they are very wary about AI usage and cheating on the interview and watch that closely, so we should do that as well: ask your candidate to share the screen while coding, and also track their eye movements.
