The primary purpose is overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license is in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
