Senior Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a division of a publicly traded company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This role sits at the center of financial planning and business performance, partnering closely with accounting, operations, and executive leadership. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys blending financial rigor with strategic insight in a fast-paced environment.

• Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Analyze indirect cost performance, including variance analysis, benchmarking, and trend evaluation
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across business units and corporate leadership
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis
• Evaluate actuals vs. budget/forecast; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare financial and operational reporting for monthly business reviews and executive presentations
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and advanced Excel
• Partner with finance, sales, and operations to deliver actionable insights and drive performance
• Support divisional CFOs with reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Lead or contribute to special projects, including M&A-related analysis
• Provide training and guidance to operating teams on financial best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of FP&A or related experience
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Power Query experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build relationships across business units
