A highly regarded, Am100 Law Firm is seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to lead a team responsible for delivering critical financial data, reporting, and system insights across the business. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys owning both people leadership and technical execution in a complex, data-driven environment.
This role oversees a team focused on financial data delivery and reporting while acting as a key partner to Finance and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate is a working manager with strong technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

Job Details
Requirements:
3 + years of experience working within the Legal Industry required
2 + years of prior experience leading or mentoring a team
Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and financial reporting systems
Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS or similar platforms)
Familiarity with financial system integrations and data architecture
Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on technical work
