You will lead our team to excellence in hospitality. Job Responsibilities Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service. Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere, drive sales, and ensure satisfaction. Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques and business acumen. Perform financial analysis for continuous improvement and responsiveness to market trends. Take ownership of operations and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets to spearhead improvement initiatives. Lead initiatives focused on simplicity and effectiveness. Develop and train the management team for future roles. Inspire and motivate the entire team, providing coaching and performance reviews. Job Requirements Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience; recent General Manager experience required for external hires. Valid driver’s license to perform occasional duties. Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets. Success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels. Understanding of inventory, cost of goods, financial control (P&L). Proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, third‑party delivery platforms, inventory systems, reservation systems. Preferences Experience in casual or upscale dining.
