Record Center Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient storage, retrieval, and management of physical records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist

Location: North Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, backup tapes, and other materials.

• Manually lift, carry, and arrange storage boxes weighing from 10 to over 100 lbs.

• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

• Use proprietary computer systems and scanners to track and locate records.

• Load and unload pallets, shrink wrap, and prepare shipments for delivery.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving heavy boxes.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Comfortable working on uneven and concrete surfaces.

• Minimum experience of 0 years; training will be provided.
