Assistant Community Manager

What You'll Do: Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, payment plans, and resident communications Support leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts Process resident paperwork, reports, deposits, and administrative tasks accurately and timely Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and occupancy goals Help oversee community operations and step into a leadership role when the Community Manager is unavailable Why You'll Love It Here: You'll play a key role in the success of the community by supporting operations, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
