HCM Consultant

To drive the successful implementation and adoption of HCM solutions, the full-time remote HCM Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze their HR and workforce management needs, delivering tailored solutions that enhance employee engagement and streamline HR operations. Key responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and deliver customized HCM solutions Serve as a trusted advisor, working with business and technical teams to ensure seamless deployments Analyze existing processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in HR operations Required qualifications Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or in a related HR technology role Experience with popular HCM platforms such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, WorkforceGo, and Criterion Strong understanding of human resources processes, including talent acquisition and payroll Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions
