Representing clients in trials held in District and Circuit Courts across Maryland and Washington, D.C. Offering clear guidance and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the legal proceedings. Demonstrating a deep understanding of Maryland Personal Injury law to handle cases effectively. Efficiently managing a substantial caseload and demonstrating strong leadership skills. Devising litigation strategies and overseeing the discovery process to support case development. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, specifically in Maryland. This role necessitates a minimum of 2 years of trial courtroom experience in the area. A genuine passion for being in the courtroom is a must. Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital to engaging empathetically with clients. A strong commitment to achieving optimal results for clients and excelling in legal cases is essential. Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, minimum of 3 days in the office, 1-2 days hybrid.
