Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Documentation of professional references and clinical experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations, mobility training, and discharge planning preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records common to post-acute care preferred.
