Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required
• Active OT Certification and appropriate state licensure
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to connect with K-8 students of diverse backgrounds and needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized therapy plans for K-8 students
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain compliance records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Provide consultative services, training, and strategies for teachers and staff
