Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure (or eligibility) for practice
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Skills in evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and parents
• Exceptional communication and organization abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ individual needs within the school setting
• Develop and execute customized therapy plans to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Integrate OT goals within the academic curriculum, supporting participation and achievement
• Collaborate closely with educational staff and families to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Document service delivery, progress, and outcomes following school and regulatory guidelines
• Engage in team meetings and contribute insights for student educational planning
