We're seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to step in as soon as possible and continue through the end of the academic year-with the possibility of extending into July. In this setting, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to deliver evidence-based interventions that foster independence, participation, and academic achievement.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Previous school-based OT experience is highly valued
• Experience working with students of various ages: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans and IEP documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students' fine motor, sensory, and self-help needs
• Develop and deliver therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs
• Document progress and collaborate on student-centered strategies
• Provide consultation to teachers and families to maximize classroom participation
• Support transitions for students moving between grade levels
