Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with clients in both couple and individual sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of marital and family dynamics to identify issues and treatment needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions focused on family relationships, emotional wellness, and communication enhancement.

• Providing specialized care for challenges such as: Alcohol abuse, past physical or psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, medical issues, adjustment to separation and divorce, and challenges faced by blended families.

• Developing and implementing tailored therapeutic plans that foster emotional clarity, support healing, and encourage constructive change.

• Tracking and documenting patient progress meticulously to ensure effective clinical outcomes while complying with confidentiality regulations.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients regardless of their geographical location.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will focus on a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families in need of mental health support. You will specialize in delivering therapy to a diverse group of individuals contending with relationship issues, psychological stresses, and complex family structures. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n
