Sales Manager - Hotel

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales potential
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and special offers
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new accounts and retain existing clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred
