Junior Paralegal Location: Irvine, CA Full-Time | On-Site A growing employment law firm in Irvine is seeking a Junior Paralegal to support its attorneys and legal team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on litigation experience. Responsibilities Manage calendars, court dates, and litigation deadlines Assist with state and federal court filings and e-filing Organize and maintain case files and legal documents Prepare and format routine legal documents and correspondence Coordinate hearings, depositions, meetings, and other case-related matters Provide general administrative and litigation support to attorneys Qualifications Prior law firm or legal experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and grow within the firm Ability to work full-time, on-site in Irvine This is an excellent opportunity to build your paralegal and litigation experience within a collaborative employment law firm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
