Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and social needs, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups, focusing on diagnosis and treatment of a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving adults, including older adults, who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique needs, ensuring that care is culturally sensitive and responsive to individual circumstances. Your expertise in working with older adults will be particularly valuable in addressing their specific mental health concerns, such as coping with life transitions, loss, and chronic health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
