Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the showroom and on the dealership lot while providing an outstanding first impression
• Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs through a consultative sales approach
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned Chevrolet, Buick, and Toyota vehicles and explain features, technology, safety systems, and financing options
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, referrals, and previous customers
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer communication and sales activities
• Maintain expert knowledge of vehicle inventory, incentives, financing programs, and manufacturer promotions
• Work closely with the Finance and Sales Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed individual sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• Experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or commission sales is highly encouraged
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and competitive drive
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM software
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
