Customer Service Rep Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Customer Service Representative Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (First Shift) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support across multiple channels. You will play a crucial part in delivering a positive brand experience, resolving inquiries efficiently, and assisting with product-related needs, particularly for Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive brand experience across phone, email and chat. Assist customers with a wide range of needs, including product inquiries, order status, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Efficiently resolve customer concerns with a professional and positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction. Offer knowledgeable recommendations on Vans footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance the customer experience. Accurately process orders, payments, and returns using internal systems. Collaborate effectively with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Customer Service Rep Qualifications: Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Proficiency in navigating and utilizing computer systems for data entry and order processing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations. Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour shift.
