Data Entry ClerkAlpharetta, Georgia, United StatesAbout the JobPart-Time Data Entry Clerk (Onsite)Location: AlpharettaWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team onsite. This part-time role will focus on accurately entering customer orders into our ERP system while working closely with our Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient order process.Schedule: Part-time, Onsite 20 hours per week minimum. Flexible start time between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Must work at least 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday)Pay: Depending on experience and interview: Range is $18-22phKey Responsibilities:Input customer orders into the ERP system with accuracy and efficiencyCommunicate with internal teams to clarify order details or resolve discrepanciesEnsure all data is entered in a timely manner to meet customer expectationsMaintain organized records of order entries and updatesAssist with other administrative tasks as neededQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or order processing roleFamiliarity with ERP systems (experience with [insert specific ERP if applicable] a plus)Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)Why Join Us?This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where accuracy and reliability are valued.
