Receptionist Opportunity

Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dedicated receptionist to oversee front desk operations and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative activities. This role is responsible for reception duties, coordinating front office workflows, and providing essential support to both staff and visitors in a professional healthcare environment.

Currently Hiring Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage check-in procedures
• Maintain and update daily census and reports
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and training staff as needed
• Support the Admissions Department as needed

Compensation: $17-$19 and is determined by experience

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk/receptionist experience
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, professional attitude
