Front Desk / Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Desk staff to join our team. As a Front Desk staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. Fast‑paced, boutique‑style, pediatric dentistry practice looking to add an additional member to our front office team. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department Manage the check‑in and check‑out process Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Patient scheduling / rescheduling Respond to patient inquiries Insurance verification Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required) Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role preferred Job Type Full‑time Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation: $15 - $20 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Medium
