Melbourne or Brisbane, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia or Sri Racha – ThailandThe Proposals Development Senior Manager plays a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior Business Development leaders, Regional Operations leadership, Capture and Pursuit Leads, Commercial teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals across the assigned region.This role is responsible for leading and developing the regional Proposals team, ensuring adherence to corporate proposal processes, standards, and governance requirements. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline are preferredMinimum 10 years’ experience leading and managing the Proposal Development process within a complex, client-focused environmentDemonstrated experience managing a functional area, large department, or geographically dispersed teamKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceThorough understanding of Proposal Development methodologies, industry best practices, and winning proposal techniquesStrong leadership capability with the ability to apply extensive management expertise to ensure team performance, operational excellence, and compliance with internal policies and external regulationsPassion for continuous improvement, innovation, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and enhance proposal development outcomesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
