Production HelperJoin our dynamic team as a Production Helper, where you will play a vital role in the assembly of components and sub-components. Your work will involve both manual and automated operation of machinery or tools. This position requires extended periods of standing or repetitive motion, such as gripping, reaching, bending, pushing, or pulling.ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and sub-components using manual or automated machinery.Perform tasks that involve repetitive motion such as gripping, reaching, bending, pushing, or pulling.Operate air actuated tools and weld guns.Place parts in fixtures, pack parts in shipping containers, and place parts on belts and conveyors.Retrieve parts from machines to rack or bin.Move materials and products to and from the work area, which involves lifting up to forty pounds.Ensure the quality of the product through visual inspection.Maintain recordkeeping, either manually or by data entry, including daily production reports, process checklists, timekeeping, scrap & reject results, and machine time.QualificationsExperience in general labor, assembly, general production, packaging, inspection, and packing.Work EnvironmentWork in a newer manufacturing facility that is well-lit, clean, and temperature-controlled. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans or cargo material pants or shorts that are knee-length. Shirts must cover shoulders and cleavage, and tennis shoes are acceptable. No steel toe shoes are required. Shift options include 1st shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bowling Green, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
