Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Develop and refine brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, voice, and narrative Define, document, and govern brand architecture across the master brand, sub-brands, products, solutions, capabilities, programs, campaigns, and partner offerings Support brand naming strategy and governance for new products, solutions, data offerings, agents, and capabilities Lead planning and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives across media, events, digital, and social channels Create and maintain brand governance materials, including guidelines, naming conventions, decision trees, templates, training materials, and enablement resources Serve as primary brand steward by reviewing advertising, events, web, internal communications, and customer-facing experiences Define KPIs for brand health, including awareness, consideration, sentiment, and share of voice Establish tracking and reporting frameworks and use data to inform decisions Monitor branding, design, and consumer behavior trends to inform creative direction Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to align execution with brand standards Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality brand assets and experiences Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 8+ years of experience in brand marketing; experience in B2B or technology industries is a plus Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies across channels Strong understanding of brand identity, messaging, visual systems, and brand governance Experience supporting brand architecture, portfolio architecture, product hierarchy, naming conventions, or brand house governance Ability to translate complex product, solution, data, capability, and partner structures into simple, customer-relevant naming frameworks Experience participating in or leading naming workstreams, including naming briefs, discovery, stakeholder alignment, SEO or competitive review, and legal/trademark coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise executive-ready recommendations, decision frameworks, and guidance documents Data-driven approach with experience using brand, campaign, customer, competitive, AEO/SEO, and market insights to inform strategy and optimize impact Strong organizational and project management skills Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence decisions without direct authority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills Understands and embraces AI tools; demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and ethical awareness in navigating AI-driven environments Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, curiosity, proactivity, and collaboration Continuous growth mindset and willingness to keep learning through courses, programs, and stakeholder relationships Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed Regular attendance in the office Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing brand strategies, including brand architecture, messaging, and governance.
