Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a busy healthcare setting. This position combines front-desk responsibilities with hands-on clinical support , including patient rooming and phlebotomy.
ScheduleMonday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Perform front-desk duties, including greeting and checking in patients, scheduling, and supporting patient flow.
Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.
Obtain and document vital signs and relevant patient information.
Perform phlebotomy and blood draws safely and accurately.
Prepare examination rooms and maintain appropriate clinical supplies.
Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures as needed.
Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow established safety and infection-control procedures.
Provide professional, compassionate service to patients and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential preferred/required based on assignment requirements.
Phlebotomy experience required.
Experience with both front-desk duties and patient rooming required.
EPIC experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
Ability to manage both administrative and clinical responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
