Warehouse Associate (Multiple Shifts)

Candidate Source is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for multiple positions with a reputable local manufacturer located on Richmond's Southside. This role offers full-time hours and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment.

Current Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Position Duties:

• Efficiently packing finished products as they emerge from the production line.
• Supporting Machine Operators with a variety of essential tasks.
• Preparing and stacking boxes for shipment, ensuring products are ready for dispatch.

Position Requirements:

• Have at least one year of experience in a warehouse setting, with a preference for those familiar with manufacturing environments.
• Can reliably commute to our Southside Richmond location (located in 23224)
• Are prepared to work in settings without climate control. (The facility can get extremely hot in the summer months)
• Will successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Understand the importance of maintaining a workplace free from fake nails, piercings, and beards due to regulatory compliance.

Compensation: the starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour
