We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our client. The job is semi-remote with on-site visits required. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware and software constraints
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Visit client locations on an as needed basis. (dispatched for hands on)

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Must be able to self manage time
• Must be able to multi-task 
• Ability to build casual rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with Automotive DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack) a plus but not a must.
• Clean driving record, license and insurance.
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA systems a plus.
• Ability to use 365 as well as familiarity with Active Directory
• Familiarity with Azure, In-Tune and Entra.

 

Requirements

• Must be close the HWY 19 Clearwater, Pinellas Park, Palm Harbor or New Port Richey area or within 15 minutes of Hwy 19 N.
• Must have valid Drivers License and Car or Truck. Motorcycle not applicable.
• Must have professional demeanor, VIP integrity.
