Sales Executive

Job Description Responsible for selling products and services through networking and sales activities inside and outside of the normal place of business. Sells Title, Escrow services to local and national Real Estate and Lending Community. Travels to call on regular and prospective customers. Conducts presentations in front of major offices and industry trade associations, demonstrating First Title products and services. Prepare reports of business efforts to track progress on client development– must use CRM Ability to teach and demonstrate services and products via any method available Investigates and resolves customer service issues Ability to cold call on prospective clients, via phone, email or any general communication method. Qualifications 3+ years Outside Sales Experience Preferred in Related Industry focusing on Lender's and Broker's Ability to self-start and high energy level Ability to communicate and resolve interpersonal conflict Enthusiasm to and for customers - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Meets commitments. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations Effective communication with internal departments, as well as the company's clients Demonstrated knowledge of our company's process flow and the interworking of company's business flows from beginning to end Demonstrates attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to write reports, correspondence, and memos. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
