About the Role Lynx Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to grow our presence in the physical security market. This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll be the face of Lynx Systems to enterprise clients, system integrators, and facility managers. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Lynx’s duress and mass notification solutions across target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with key decision-makers. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs and support successful implementations. The Senior Sales Executive will also maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, provide accurate sales forecasting, and represent Lynx Systems at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences. What you'll do Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts in the physical security space Consult with facility managers, security directors, and emergency management teams to identify needs and position Lynx solutions Work with our Software House and Genetec partners' sales pipelines Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, demonstration, and close Build and maintain relationships with system integrators and channel partners Represent Lynx Systems at industry trade shows and events Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to communicate client feedback and market needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in Zoho CRM Qualifications (required) 5+ years of sales experience in the physical security industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota Hands‑on familiarity with industry‑leading platforms including Software House CCure 9000, Genetec Security Center, and video monitoring/VMS systems Deep understanding of facility‑wide duress, emergency notification, and mass alerting solutions Ability to work on‑site in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and travel to customer locations and events, as needed Experience selling to enterprise clients, security integrators, healthcare, education, government, or corporate campus environments Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with executives and end users. Comfort working closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support Nice to have skills Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard sales reporting practices Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders Familiarity with ISC West, GSX, and other physical security trade show circuits Experience managing or developing channel partner relationships Company Work Culture Lynx Systems is built on people who care about their work and each other.
