Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support while promoting products and services to enhance the DISH TV experience. Key responsibilities Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift Provide solutions to customer needs and technical issues while engaging with a diverse consumer base Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities for career advancement Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Smartphone or device with an active data network connection Residency in eligible states including Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wyoming, or Texas
