Production Supervisor (Night Shift) - Belts

Cytiva seeks a Production Supervisor for night shift operations at its Pensacola facility. The role involves leading manufacturing teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead daily value stream operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets
Supervise, coach, and develop associates through training and performance feedback
Drive continuous improvement by applying Danaher Business System tools and problem-solving methodologies
Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues
Monitor production metrics and implement actions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
Experience coaching and developing hourly production associates
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to manage safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity metrics
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and access equipment up to 6 feet high
