Project DirectorThe Project Director will report to a senior operations executive and provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of active projects. The successful candidate will drive financial performance, contract administration, project controls, and operational consistency across multiple regions.Lead commercial operations, project controls, and contract administration across a multi-region portfolio.Drive financial accountability through forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices across projects.Oversee contract execution, change management processes, and risk mitigation strategies.Partner with project leadership teams to support successful project delivery and operational performance.Lead, mentor, and develop regional teams while ensuring appropriate resource allocation and workload management.Champion technology adoption, reporting tools, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and visibility.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
