The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Paw Paw seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads within the manufacturing sector.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing manufacturing clients via phone and email.
• Effectively present and demonstrate manufacturing products and solutions to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems in a manufacturing context
