The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Paw Paw that are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
