Position Details Location: Onsite - Sarasota, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with a rotating Saturday shift twice a month 10:00am to 3:00pm Responsibilities Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and develop a lasting customer relationship Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor Optimally communicate appointment policy Manage customer sign‑ins, appointment book and customer job folders Maintain bid follow‑up system and prepare literature packages Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections Qualifications Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education Experience in sales and customer service Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Attention to detail in task‑oriented job responsibilities Analytical thinking and an eye for business Strong communication and presentation skills Benefits At Ferguson, we care for each other. Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.04 per hour. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; the starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state requirements.
