Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney specializing in energy and regulatory matters to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on advising data center developers and large energy users. Duties Advise clients on energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions. Manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel. Participate in regulatory proceedings before FERC and state public utility commissions. Communicate complex legal matters effectively in both oral and written form. Requirements 3-6+ years of significant law firm experience in relevant fields. Experience with digital infrastructure and large-scale energy procurement. Proactive with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking approach. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and team player attitude. Ability to manage increased levels of responsibility.
