Technology Transactions Associate Attorney

Nearly every headline deal coming out of Northern California right now — AI, data centers, semiconductors, consumer platforms — turns on the technology transactions lawyers in the room. A Global 100 firm with a nationally ranked technology transactions practice is hiring a mid-level associate (3–6 years) for its Northern California offices — San Francisco or Silicon Valley. Cravath scale — $270K–$410K depending on class year. You'd work directly with the partners who run the firm's global technology sector from the Bay Area, on the IP and technology side of multibillion-dollar M&A as well as standalone licensing, commercial, and AI deals. Mid-levels in this group run their own workstreams and deal directly with clients.
