Admin Support Specialist

Job Description Job Description As an Administrative Support Specialist with our Tulsa, OK office you will be responsible for the following: · Review billing reports for work performed by field and lab technicians. · Interact with clients and project managers to handle inquiries about billing reports and project setup. · Assist with the company’s quality control system. · Data collection and entry in our software system called Elmtree · Assist in accounts payables and receivables · Communication with clients and dispatching technicians to job sites.
