Your Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments, ordering necessary tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health concerns in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams or as an independent practitioner
• Enhancing patient and family education on health maintenance, preventive measures, and disease management

• Accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

What Qualifications You'll Need

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Must-Have Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the willingness to obtain within 90 days)
