We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients while driving successful delivery, account growth, and practice leadership. In this role, you'll lead complex client engagements, develop strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, mentor consulting teams, and help shape the future of our business. In this role, you will:

• Lead complex programs, projects, and strategic client initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to business challenges.
• Build, strengthen, and expand client relationships by understanding organizational priorities and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
• Partner with client account leaders to develop and execute account growth strategies, helping expand Centric's footprint within client organizations.
• Lead and contribute to proposals, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and executive presentations that support new business opportunities.
• Oversee engagement governance, financial performance, resource planning, risk management, and overall client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach consulting team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, solution development, recruiting initiatives, and community engagement.
• Collaborate across Centric practices and geographic markets to bring innovative solutions and multidisciplinary expertise to clients.
• Actively support business development efforts by cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

Who You Are:

• You bring 10+ years of consulting, professional services, program management, client advisory, or related leadership experience.
• You have a proven track record of leading complex client engagements and successfully managing executive-level relationships.
• You are skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping clients solve business challenges while driving measurable results.
• You possess experience in account management, engagement leadership, and business development, including proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• You have demonstrated success managing project financials, governance structures, delivery teams, and client expectations.
• You excel at building trust, influencing stakeholders, and communicating effectively across all levels of an organization.
• You are a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, developing talent, and fostering high-performing teams.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving outcomes in dynamic client environments.
• You have experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale business, technology, or transformation initiatives.
• You are excited to contribute to the continued growth of Centric Consulting through leadership, innovation, and client impact.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, or a related field required.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred
