HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Stand Out Home Care – Tempe, AZ

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Stand Out Home Care is seeking a motivated, reliable, and compassionate HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Tempe, Arizona. About the Role

Full-cycle recruitment is the primary focus of this position. We are looking for an individual who understands the recruiting process from start to finish, enjoys speaking with applicants, and can identify quality candidates through effective screening and interviewing techniques.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, HR experience is a major plus. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of HR functions, including document collection, employee onboarding, and maintaining compliance requirements.

This position requires someone who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Focus)

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates

• Conduct phone screenings and interviews

• Build rapport with applicants and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process

• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process

• Maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring metrics

• Ensure hiring goals and recruitment KPIs are met

• Represent Stand Out Home Care professionally and positively to all candidates

HR & Administrative Support

• Collect and organize employee onboarding documents

• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation

• Assist with background checks, credential verification, and onboarding processes

• Help ensure employees remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements

• Support general HR and office administrative functions

• Open and close the office daily

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment required

• HR experience strongly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to ask effective interview questions and assess candidate fit

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong time management and task-prioritization skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment when needed

• Reliable, professional, and accountable

• Friendly, compassionate, and customer-service oriented

• Goal-driven with the ability to meet deadlines, expectations, and KPIs

• Proficient with basic office software and technology
